Domain Package ordering terms
In some cases, WHOIS server incorrectly interprets a domain as free. For some types of domains, our domain administrator manually checks their availability before the registration process and therefore, the registration can be rejected by our party. In this case, the customer is immediately informed and recieved payment is refunded.
If we cannot register one or more domains since the payment of the domain package has been done a proportion sum for the unsuccessfully registered domains will be refunded. In this case, it is not possible to cancel the entire order and to return the full sum of the ordered domain package to customer. The unsuccessfully registered domains don't affect the entire order of the domain package.
Reduced price of domain registrations in the domain package is valid for the prime registration only.
